Fresh Fruit Crunch

This is basically a simple cobbler with a slightly crunchier topping. You could use almost any kind of fruit you want, I used peaches. Some suggestions: blueberries, apples, pears, blackberries.

Fresh Fruit Crunch

4 c. fresh fruit
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. oats, uncooked
1/2 c. butter, softened

Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Place fruit in a 2 quart baking dish, spreading evenly. Combine remaining ingredients, and sprinkle over fruit. Bake for 45 minutes.
